Our Holiday house is located in Garmisch and only a 10 minutes walk from the "Marienplatz", the center of the town. The close by bus stop guarantees mobility even on rain and snow days.

There are 6 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, a big living room, a guest toilet, a party room in the basement and a storage room. The bathrooms each have a bathing tub with shower. The kitchen is all set for you. It got everything you need for cooking and even a little more.

The balcony and terrace invite you and your company for relaxing evenings at the fresh mountain air of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Thanks to the computer with a DSL highspeed internet connection, you can always stay in contact with your family, friends and business contacts at home. The very big garden is ideal for families with kids.
